CQC registration and compliance

Quality and safety are at the heart of everything we do. As a CQC registered provider, we are committed to meeting and exceeding the standards that protect the people in our care.

CQC Registered

Livefully (Melton Mowbray LTD T/A Livefully) is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as a provider of home care services in England. This means we are inspected and regulated to ensure we meet the fundamental standards of quality and safety that people have a right to expect.

What does CQC registration mean?

The Care Quality Commission is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. All home care providers in England must be registered with the CQC and meet their fundamental standards. These standards cover five key areas:

Safe

People are protected from abuse and avoidable harm. We have robust safeguarding procedures, risk assessments, and incident reporting systems in place.

Effective

Care is delivered in line with best practice and achieves good outcomes. Our carers receive thorough training and ongoing professional development.

Caring

People are treated with compassion, kindness, dignity, and respect. This is the foundation of our approach to every person we support.

Responsive

Services are organised to meet people's needs. We listen to feedback, adapt care plans, and respond promptly to changing circumstances.

Well-led

The leadership, management, and governance of the organisation promotes the delivery of high-quality care. We invest in our team and continuously improve.

Our commitment to quality

Being CQC registered is a minimum standard, not our goal. We are committed to delivering care that goes above and beyond what is required, because the people we support deserve nothing less.

All of our carers undergo thorough background checks, including enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks, before they begin working with clients. We provide comprehensive induction training, regular supervision, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

We maintain detailed care records, conduct regular quality audits, and actively seek feedback from the people we support and their families. If something is not right, we want to know about it so we can put it right quickly.

Complaints and feedback

We welcome feedback, both positive and constructive. If you have a concern or complaint about any aspect of our service, please contact us directly. We take all feedback seriously and will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

You can also contact the CQC directly if you have concerns about the quality or safety of care you or someone you know is receiving.

Safeguarding adults and children
Health and safety
